सप्रेम नमस्ते ।

जन्मदिवस के उपलक्ष्य में कल ही मुझे तुम्हारा निमंत्रण-पत्र प्राप्त हुआ । तुम्हारा जन्मदिवस हम सबके लिए भी अत्यंत हर्ष का दिन है । मेरी हार्दिक इच्छा थी कि मैं इस शुभ अवसर पर अवश्य पहुँचूँ । परंतु मेरी परीक्षाएँ अत्यंत निकट होने के कारण मैं स्वयं को असमर्थ पा रहा हूँ । मुझे उम्मीद है मेरी विवशता को ध्यान में रखते हुए मुझे क्षमा करोगे । 

तुम्हारे जन्मदिवस के शुभ अवसर पर मेरी ओर से हार्दिक बधाई व समस्त मंगलकामनाएँ । मेरी ईश्वर से यही प्रार्थना है कि जीवन में वह सब कुछ तुम्हें प्राप्त हो जिसकी तुम कामना करते हो । अंकल और ऑन्टी जी को नमस्ते कहना।

Respected Principal,

I, Mohit Kumar, reading in class 7th of your institute, beg you to grant me fee concession for these coming 5 months. My father works as a typist and his income is only 2,000 rupees per month. Our family consists of total 7 members. They even find difficult to meet our both ends.

My parents wish to educate me but they feel very sorry as they are not able to pay my school fee. I stood first in my class in the last annual examination. I hope you will be very kind enough and grant me fee concession for those months.

विषय : फीस माफ़ी हेतु

महोदय,

सविनय नम्र निवेदन है कि मैं आपके विद्यालय का कक्षा 10  का छात्र हूं। मेरे पिताजी मजदूरी का काम करते है। इसलिए उनकी आय सीमित होने के साथ-साथ बहुत कम है जिससे हमारे परिवार का पालन पोषण होना भी कठिन है।

मेरे परिवार में मेरे तीन भाई बहन और है जिनके लालन-पालन में ही ज्यादातर धन खर्च हो जाता है। मैं अपनी कक्षा में  सबसे होनहार छात्र हूं। मैं हर वर्ष कक्षा में प्रथम आता हूं और अन्य प्रतियोगिताओं में भी भाग लेकर विद्यालय का नाम रोशन करता हूं।

अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी विद्यालय की पूर्ण फीस माफ करने की कृपा करें, जिससे कि मैं अपना आगे का अध्ययन जारी रख सकू. इसके लिए मैं आपका सदा आभारी रहूंगा।
